My Ideal Destination: I am uncertain on how to respond to this question, as I truly have no favoritism for particular environments or ways of life. I suppose I can only awkwardly say that my ideal travel destination is one that fails to satisfy my conception of what is perfect. I am a storyteller, and there is nothing riveting about perfection. My recollection is empty of the days that have passed without fault. It is nearly always the unexpected circumstances that make a journey memorable, which is why I always leave wrinkles in my agenda. Ironing out every detail burns the magic, unless your deepest desires are only to look and not to touch. For the rest of us who set out to discover, each and every port of call is ripe with opportunity. I set my sails and take my ship to foreign shores, and worry not how wide the sea. I trust my safekeeping to the wind, for it holds me by the hand and pulls me towards a legion of wonders within.
