Age: 20 - Hometown: Winchester, MA - School: Washington & Lee University - Why I'm The Perfect Candidate for this Internship: I'm not, but let's be honest, evidently 92% of you have already been around the world, and I think it’s about time I see for myself whether the caipirinhas of Brazil are all they’re billed up to be, whether Australian toilets do in fact flush the other way, and whether all Europeans are rampant cigarette smokers. Because if they are, I think someone needs to step up and tell them they might want to quit. Let that someone be me.

My Ideal Destination: My ideal travel destination is a place where the locals don't look like I do, don't speak the language I speak, don't like the food I like, and don't hold the same beliefs I hold. It's a place where I'm out of my comfort zone, and yet through our interactions, we still find common ground.
